All prices on our website are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). We are a UK-based business and all transactions are processed in GBP.

When Payment is Taken

Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order, unless you choose a Buy Now Pay Later option such as Klarna or Shop Pay Installments, in which case payment terms are governed by the respective provider. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store your card details. Your payment information is handled securely by our payment processor, Shopify Payments.

Failed Payments

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
