Returns & Refund Policy
At Narlas Fable And Fur Candles, all products are handmade with care.
Your Right to Return Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, unburned, and in its original condition. Please contact us within this period to request a return. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@narlasfableandfurcandles.co.uk with your order number, a clear photograph of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
- Candles or wax melts that have been used or burned
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or neglect
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
