Thank you for shopping with Narlas Fable And Fur Candles. All products are handmade in the United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 6-10 business days Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only via Royal Mail.
- Standard Delivery (up to 600g, 6–10 business days) — £3.95
- Standard Delivery (over 600g, 6–10 business days) — £4.65
- Free Standard Delivery (6–10 business days) on all orders over £35
Order Tracking
If you selected a tracked shipping option at checkout, a tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@narlasfableandfurcandles.co.uk. Please note we are unable to raise a lost parcel claim until 28 working days after the expected delivery date.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Narlas Fable And Fur Candles cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
